Food 2 - Baking



Project:

How to bake “Moist Chocolate Cake”


Ingredients:


  • 2 c. sugar

  • 3 c. flour

  • 6 tbsp. Cocoa

  • 1 tsp. Salt

  • 2 tsp. baking soda

  • 2 c. water

  • 3/4 c. oil

  • 2 tbsp. Vinegar

  • 2 tsp. vanilla


Procedure


First procedure


  • Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.



Second step


  • Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.


Third step


  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 15.
